The United States is against another deadline to raise the debt ceiling. I don’t know why we continue to spend way more than what actually that comes in. If you personally or your business spent money the way the United States government does we would call it bankruptcy. This is not about current administration, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, or the Tea Party. This is about we are spending way above our means which has been going on for to long and all parties are responsible.
Americans have had to make tough choices in their personal and business lives over the last numerous years and continue to. The government needs to wake up and do the same.

So many Americans have started their own home business in the network marketing arena to make ends meet or because they have lost their job. I am so blessed that I have found this industry. If you are not taking control of your future you may want to start now because the United States should be considered bankrupt.

The National Debt has continued to increase an average of $3.89 billion per day since September 28, 2007! Concerned?
Don’t get the debt and deficit confused. The National Debt is the total amount of money owed by the government; the federal budget deficit is the yearly amount by which spending exceeds revenue.

With the current economy more Americans are turning to some type of home business to help supplement their income or replace their income. There are more than 15 million people the United States that are involved in this booming industry which include products such as cosmetics, health supplements, energy drinks, clothing, food, legal services and much more.
One of the appealing aspects of network marketing home business is that it doesn’t have to require a large time commitment. If you do not demonstrate that your value is equal to or greater than your prospect they will not join you. Recruiting is about leadership and you have to demonstrate that you are a leader. It also shows through your interactions with a prospect the prospect can since neediness and scarcity. Prospects can also tell through a phone conversation or in person that you are not comfortable and it is hard for you to confront them. For most people prospecting and recruiting is a completely emotional even that is driven by fear. The fear of rejection and failure can be seen in the first sixty seconds of your conversation with a prospect. You have to learn to control the conversation and ask the correct questions when you talk to a prospect.
These are key elements when you are trying to bring prospects into your business and why most people fail at bringing prospects into their business. Prospecting is all about psychology. It is about your mindset. It is a tool that you must master to have great success. If you change your mindset you will show attraction to yourself and hold yourself up as a leader. Prospects are not going to join your business, they are going to join YOU.
