So I came across Roseanna website a few weeks ago and she had all of these MP3 downloads on personal development, self improvement, complementary health, fears and phobias, and sport mind training.  I kind of laughed about it to myself and I saw she had a free download on relaxation and decided to download it.  We all read books, articles, listen to others about success in your mind set for our personal development why not take a listen to this free download I thought to myself.

Holy crap what just happened…

It had been a jam packed full day of craziness and seemed to be going hundred miles per hour all day long.  I had remembered that I had downloaded the free relaxation on my I-pod and decided I was going to take the 30 minutes or so of play time to take a listen and see how I felt afterwards.

I lied down put my headphones on and before I knew it seemed that I just woke up, the session was just ending  and was asking myself, “Crap what just happened?”  I couldn’t figure out if I fell a sleep or if I was just was under hypnosis, or if I heard anything at all.

I couldn’t figure out how long I was a sleep or if I was a sleep, if I heard any of the 30 minute session or what.  I do know though that I bounced up and felt relaxed, refreshed, full of energy, and ready to go at it full speed ahead again.

I mentioned this to some associates of mine and asked them to download the free relaxation piece and after they listened to it to get back to me with their thoughts.  Well their response was about the same as mine which was “What the hell just happened?”  All of their results were about the same, feeling refreshed, relaxed, all stress was gone, and ready to get back to work.

So what the hell?  Can you raise my credit line because I spend more than I take in?
