Why is it that some people can sponsor new network marketers effortlessly, while others struggle for years? Its because those people that bring others into their business effortlessly they generate attraction to themselves. Prospecting with attraction. If you do not demonstrate that your value is equal to or greater than your prospect they will not join you. Recruiting is about leadership and you have to demonstrate that you are a leader. For most people prospecting and recruiting is a completely emotional even that is driven by fear. The fear of rejection and failure can be seen in the first sixty seconds of your conversation with a prospect. You have to learn to control the conversation and ask the correct questions when you talk to a prospect.
These are key elements when you are trying to bring prospects into your business and why most people fail at bringing prospects into their business. Prospecting is all about psychology. It is about your mindset. It is a tool that you must master to have great success. If you change your mindset you will show attraction to yourself and hold yourself up as a leader.
